As one who has made a change in the way I work I can appreciate something of how you might be feeling about what has gone before and the eagerness tinged with trepidation of the new. Given the innovative but inclusive way that you work however I know the new employers are the lucky ones. Thanks for the kind words you've written about me and enjoy the break with your loved ones, (oh and imbibing fish oil isn't too great a sacrifice to make in the name of the big red bloke is it :).
